2. No-Refund Policy

 

All payments made to Nadine Hosny Lifestyle Development Consultancy are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, payments for:

  • Consultation sessions

  • Lifestyle and wellbeing consultancy

  • Sports nutrition and performance guidance

  • Scientific consultancy

  • Educational mentoring

  • Science communication support

  • Workshops, programs, and training sessions

  • Digital resources, materials, or downloadable content

  • Any other paid service offered through this website or arranged directly

Once a payment is completed, no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

3. Cancellations by the Client

 

If you cancel a booked consultation, session, program, or service, the payment will not be refunded.

Where reasonably possible, we may allow you to reschedule the session instead of cancelling, depending on availability and the type of service booked.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be requested as early as possible.

4. Rescheduling

 

Clients who need to reschedule should contact us as soon as possible through the contact form available on this website or through the communication channel used for the booking.

Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of Nadine Hosny Lifestyle Development Consultancy, subject to availability.

If you do not attend the rescheduled appointment, the payment remains non-refundable.

 
5. Late Arrival and Missed Appointments

 

If you arrive late to a consultation or session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. Missed time will not be refunded or added automatically.

If you do not attend your appointment, session, workshop, or program without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

 
6. Digital Products and Materials

 

Any digital products, downloadable resources, worksheets, educational materials, program materials, or documents provided as part of a service are non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded, sent, or delivered.

 
7. Completed or Partially Delivered Services

 

No refund will be provided for services that have already been completed, started, prepared, partially delivered, or delivered in full.

This includes situations where:

  • A consultation has taken place

  • A session has started

  • A written review, plan, or document has been prepared

  • Program access or materials have been provided

  • Workshop access has been granted

  • Time has been reserved for the client

 
8. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

 

If Nadine Hosny Lifestyle Development Consultancy needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to unexpected circumstances, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative date or time.

If we are unable to provide the service at all, we may offer an alternative arrangement, service credit, or refund where appropriate and at our discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Payments are made for the time, expertise, preparation, and service provided by Nadine Hosny Lifestyle Development Consultancy.

We do not guarantee specific results, including health, lifestyle, academic, performance, career, scientific, business, publication, or educational outcomes. Lack of a specific result does not qualify for a refund.
